Secure Pathway was founded by Rory Hardyman, a senior cyber security professional with a track record of building and leading security functions inside complex professional services environments. Most recently, Rory served as Senior Cyber and Information Security Manager at a top-75 UK law firm where he established the firm's security function from the ground up, secured board investment for a structured resilience programme, achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification, and led the firm through ISO 27001 readiness, all while advising partners, executives, and risk committees in plain English.
That experience of being the person responsible for keeping a professional services firm secure — is what sits behind everything we do. We understand the partner who needs a clear answer before a client meeting. The IT lead who needs a pragmatic recommendation rather than a framework textbook. The board that needs to understand risk without being buried in technical detail.
Our practice is underpinned by recognised industry qualifications including ISACA and CompTIA. We work to established frameworks including NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials, and we have a track record of delivering measurable outcomes rather than theoretical recommendations.
